Principle and provision of technical support

 

During its first production season in summer 2021, the Maritime Maas interface will not have technical support, and instead work on the interface and resolution of problems will take place as part of the project.

 

In the future, technical support will mainly be provided via Implementation Support, which has been described elsewhere in this wiki. Failures are monitored, assessed and resolved during specific on-call times as part of the process.

 

Errors are fixed on weekdays 9.00–17.00. Any problems detected will be resolved as quickly as possible. However, the interface administrator will not commit to resolving problems within a specific timeframe, even if it leads to an unforeseen downtime of the interface.
